The operator of the website www.huntingresort.eu, MV Agro s.r.o., guarantees all visitors to this website the protection and security of their personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

MV Agro s.r.o. undertakes not to provide personal data to third parties, except for:

  • entities ensuring the delivery of goods (e.g., carriers),
  • public authorities in cases stipulated by law (e.g., the Police of the Czech Republic, the Tax Office, etc.).

The data subject agrees to the processing of the following personal data:

  • first name and surname,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number.

These data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • fulfillment of rights and obligations arising from contractual relationships (e.g., orders),
  • management of a user account,
  • sending information and commercial communications (unless the data subject chooses otherwise).

Consent to the processing of personal data is not a condition for entering into a contract; however, some data are necessary for its performance.

The data subject is obliged to provide truthful and up-to-date personal data and, in case of changes, to update them without delay or inform the controller.

Duration and Method of Processing

  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection).

If the data subject believes that their personal data are being processed in violation of legal regulations or the principles of the protection of personal and private life, they may request the controller or processor to provide an explanation or to rectify the situation.
